Shreenivas Yenni

Mr. Shreenivas Yenni hails from the town of Gangavathi in North Karnataka, India born on 27th January 1987. He is an engineer in Karnataka State Power Sector by Profession and is currently working as Engineer at the Karnataka Power Transmission Sector.

His photography journey began in the year 2014. He is self taught travel photographer. His passion for photography compels him to make frequent travels in search of interesting topics or beautiful places to photograph. Most of his photographs are based on street life, portraits, landscapes and the beauty of nature which he encounters during his travels. He wishes to keep travelling with a view of achieving his long cherished dream which is to document different cultures, rituals, heritage and tradition across India and globe.

He is a life member of the Federation of Indian Photography and member of Youth Photographic Society, Bengaluru, the Photographic Society of America, Royal Photographic Society London ( UK ) and International Union of Photographers (IUP) China.

Achievements: Shreenivas Yenni has been conferred with AFIP – Artist FIP by Federation of Indian Photography in 2018, AFIAP – Artist FIAP by Federation Internationale de l’Art Photographique in 2018, PPSA by Photographic Society of America in 2018 and HIUP by International Union of Photographers China in 2018.  Apart from the above honors, he has won awards/commendations at many competitions. He has over 50+ awards and 1500+ exhibition acceptances from 22 countries to his credit.
